Parent and Child classes

From 3 months of age to 3.5 years old

You are only young once! The earlier they start, the more confident, comfortable and safer your child will be in the water. Our parent and child program introduces children to swimming and water safety, and is a great parent/child bonding activity.

We use games, songs and activities to learn the fundamental skills of swimming: water confidence, submersion (blowing bubbles, holding breath and putting head under water), floating and gliding (front and back), propulsion (kicking and paddling), safety awareness (swimming to wall) and rotation.

Parent and Child classes are grouped by age, to follow their growth and development stages.
